TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V, ASTM Grade5) is the most widely applied titanium alloy powder. TC4 ELI (Grade23, Extra Low Interstitial) medical grade is also available. The powder is produced via gas atomization into spherical particles for additive manufacturing.

Particle Sizes:15–53μm for SLM; 53–105μm for EBM; customized particle grading supported.
