HDH (Hydride-Dehydride) pure titanium powder is produced from bulk titanium sponge via high-temperature hydrogen embrittlement, mechanical crushing and sieving, followed by high-temperature vacuum dehydrogenation. It is commonly referred to as sponge titanium powder in international trade.
Morphology: irregular angular particles with large specific surface area and high chemical activity.
Grades: TF-0, TF-1, TF-2, TF-3, TF-4; Ti content: 97.0% ~ 99.5%
Available particle sizes: -100 mesh, -200 mesh, -325 mesh, -400 mesh, ultra-fine 500 mesh
Key indicators: low chlorine content, strictly controlled hydrogen; oxygen content adjustable based on particle size
Metallurgy: steel deoxidizer and alloy additive
Pyrotechnics: combustion agent, base powder for thermal spraying
Chemical industry: corrosion-resistant coatings, electrode materials, catalyst carriers
