This series features low silicon (45%–50%), high barium (8%–16%) and high calcium (8%–13%). It is Lufa’s core refining alloy for steelmaking and long-acting inoculant for heavy-section ductile iron. High Ba-Ca formula drastically reduces calcium vapor pressure, doubling calcium utilization rate compared with pure silicon calcium alloy. It realizes deep desulfurization & deoxidation for clean steel, and maintains stable inoculation effect for ultra-thick wall castings over 80mm.
